CS mission, the 4 pillars of CS at Typeform, what KPIs we track for each pillar, and how the KPIs are trending.

2) Focus on retention (15 min)
Discussion about our retention strategy.

3) CS Upcoming projects (10 min)
What projects are coming up and what our focus will be in 2016.

4) Focus on Customer Voice (15 min)
Customer Voice is an analysis of customer feedback across tickets, NPS, churn feedback, and feature requests.
